In NSW the driver of a public passenger vehicle with 13 or more seats (including the driver) must hold and display a Bus Driver Authority Card. Transport for NSW regulates the legislation for public passenger vehicles.
The laws relevant to public passenger vehicles in NSW are the NSW Passenger Transport Act 2014 and the NSW Passenger Transport (General) Regulation 2017. Intertrain is endorsed by TfNSW to deliver the training course that is required for applicants for the NSW Bus Authority Card.
This course is 100% online and self-paced. You will need to be on a device (computer, tablet, or phone) that has a webcam.
